 Diwali of Chitrakoot has a different significance.  This significance is being celebrated since the era of God (Treta Yuga), so let us know about the Diwali of Chitrakoot.

 When Lord Rama, Lakshmana and Mother Sita were exiled in Treta Yuga, then God spent eleven and a half years in Chitrakoot, then in the joy of his arrival in Chitrakoot during his exile, people observe this festival here,  And and the second biggest reason for celebrating this festival, when the exile of the Lord is complete, then God goes through Chitrakoot to Ayodhya.  So in the joy of their exile ending and coming back from exile to Chitrakoot, people celebrate this festival here.

 Every year a large number of devotees arrive in Deepawali on Chitrakoot, so crowds can be seen in all the temples around it, so every year people come to Chitrakoot and donate lamps.  Diwali is celebrated every year in Chitrakoot with great pomp, the people of Yadav society show their dance and art on Deepawali, this art is very exciting, which some people come to Chitrakoot to see.

 Here, a 5-day fair is also organized in Chitrakoot during Deepawali, due to which you get a lot of shops to see a large number of shops here.

 During these five days, you also get to see security here, so that special arrangements are made to ensure that the devotees do not have any kind of inconvenience.  To make the stay of all the devotees coming to the Chitrakoot complex, many dharamshalas, guest planets and rain shelters are also made at the place.  Chitrakoot is a center of reverence, and one can also see the reverence of devotees here.  People of Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh are the most visited people on this festival.

 Therefore, Chitrakoot also came once and made his life successful by giving a lamp in Deepawali here.
